@_@

I won't lie.
I'm feeling so friggin poofed right now.
Even the computer screen looks fuzzy.
And the fact that I've found myself waking up at ungodly hours these two days are not helping.

Yesterday I woke up at 5:50am, and just couldn't go back to sleep.
But it was more convenient because I had to send my sister to school (which starts at 7:30am).
It wouldn't be so bad if I had nothing to do the whole day, which would then allow me to catch up on my lost sleep, but no such luck.
I had my usual ballet class at 5pm, and I tried to sleep in the afternoon, to no avail.
Sleep had just evaded me the entire afternoon, try as I may to fall asleep.
But I didn't feel sleepy while I was at ballet; maybe because Wednesdays are usually rather fun in the studio.
Lika & I danced during Intermediate as well, so I guess that sorta contributes in me not feeling sleepy.

I was fine, until after dinner.
I felt as if I was a python or a bear or something, that needed to hibernate after a heavy meal.

Honestly.

As I was typing up stuff for my Livejournal, I felt the sleep start to seep in.
I was even nodding off in the toilet. >_>
And I haven't been that exhausted since.. I can't even remember.

Err.. Yeah, you didn't need to know that. =3

So I thought that I'd set my alarm, take a nap, then wake up later and finish my stuff up and then go to bed properly, but alas, everyone close to me knows how I am when I'm groggy.
When my alarm rang, I turned it off subconsciously, and went back to sleep.

The next time I opened my eyes, it was 6am.
And the whole process started again.
I couldn't sleep, and I had ballet later at 9:30am.
So I finished up whatever I was supposed to do after waking up from my 'nap' yesterday, and got ready for ballet.

The atmosphere for the morning class was no different than usual: it passed by rather blurry, and us, lazy.
Then when I came back in the afternoon, I logged on to my laptop to surf the net while I waited for myself to cool down from the flushedness (is that even a word??) that resulted in after class.

By the time I cooled down, I had not much time for rest left as I had to go to the studio early with my laptop to check out hostels with Lika for our trip to Singapore in September.
I managed to rest my eyes for less than an hour.

However, by Grade 4, the sleep was catching up on me.
Added by the fact that all I did was sit and watch.
How boring~...
Then come Tze Ping's class, I did Grade 7 with them, so I didn't feel sleepy then.

But when I got home, I almost hibernated after dinner,
Well, I guess I should stop here and get some rest.. I'm starting to nod off again.

Whoa.

Genee International Ballet Competition 2009 Tickets.
Which opened for booking on March 2nd-April 30th.
People, the tickets for the semi-finals and finals have sold out.

I saw the notice on their Facebook page and took a screencap for all to see:
Photobucket

It sold out in less than two weeks.
Like, whoa.
And naturally, everyone aims at seeing the semi-finals or the finals rather than the competition (not to say that there aren't any, though).

But hey, this is where I come in and say I'M HELLA THANKFUL LIKA AND I ALREADY BOUGHT THE TICKETS!! xDD!

Twilight Hardcover Book Set! ^^

*Spazz*

My Twilight book collection has finally arrived! ^^

And it's early, too. ;D
The expected arrival date was somewhere on the 25th of March, and today is only the 10th! ^^
But meh, no complains here.. ^^

As always, pictures of the set! xD

Firstly: The package arrived in a sack.
A friggin white sack.
I'm not kidding.
You'd think I'd have imported a sack of grains or something. xD

Then in said sack was the box.
Medium-sized, and thankfully, not wrapped to the hilt with cellophane tape or anything.

I just had to camwhore whatever item I received that I ordered online, don't I? >__>

What the set box looks like.

It comes with 4 'postcard-like' thingies (one for each book) that has quotes from each book. Nothing too fancy, to be honest. I'm just targeting the books. In hardcover. ;D

Can't wait to start reading it! ^^

P/S: Btw, anyone else's house deprived of water supply today & yesterday (10th March)? >=I

Ms Chua

Argh.
Both my leg joint hurts.
And I feel so goddamn tired. X.x
I feel my eyes drooping as we speak, and it doesn't help that I haven't had proper rest since this morning. Guhh.

Ms Chua came to teach today, and we all know what that means.

1. No drinking water in her class - she believes against it, and that we can only drink after class.

2. Exercises to the extreme. If you can't get an exercise, she'll make you do it until you do. Even if it means repeating the dance more than 5 times. @____@

Don't get me wrong though. Ms Chua is a great person, with great English to boot, unlike the Kuantan ballerinas here. >__>
But if she's gonna teach you, you can be sure that that class is gonna be all work and no fooling around.
Not that she's dead fierce/strict, just that she's a firm believer that you've gotta do your work properly in class.

Needless to say, I felt dehydrated after class.
Lika & Seow Hui managed to sneak a few sips when Ms Chua had her back turned and was talking to Gino, but I arrived at my bottle a little too late. Dx
I swore my tongue/mouth actually dried up.

Of course, my legs and 'mussels' (as Lika put it anyway,) felt really sore.
And it didn't help that I played 5 rounds of Paintball the day before either. (Blame Niki for persuading me in the first place!)
Though it wasn't nearly as bad as that day in Terengganu with Shu Cia (and then it was 3 hours, this time was 2), but I still felt poofed out.

And it didn't help that Gino asked us to come again at 2.30pm to mark the steps for fear that we'd forgot if we left it until Wednesday.

My leg joints still hurt as of now, and I'm doubting if it will fully recover by Wednesday.

Random.

Lika messaged me this afternoon, telling me that Sayaka wasn't coming for class (she's back in Taiwan for some 'family matters'), and that Gino wanted us to dance today.
We don't actually have a class on Wednesdays, just that we go to the studio and 'help out', if you can call it that.
So anyways, according to Lika Gino had asked us to come in place of Sayaka's class and do Grade 7 at 4.15pm.

But as it turned out, Gino let Charnita's class stretch to take Sayaka's class as well.
So we didn't dance.
Instead, we just marked the steps during Lixian and Qian Wen's class, because they both weren't coming (Qian Wen-fever, Lixian-Jason Mraz concert).

Then came the Intermediate class.
Gino has it in for poor Seow Hui, and she got repriminded by him a few times too many.

Anyways..
What I have to complain about is....
I have to take tomorrow's grade 7 class and teach them! =.=
It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for Teapot Girl (not mentioning real names here, lol xD).
I have nothing against her, it's just that she can be so.. rude sometimes.

And she'll step over you if you're not firm with her.
Gah.
I'm always looking forward to dancing grade 7 on Thursdays, but to teach Teapot?
Meh.

Pic/Video Spam! ^^

Since I went to ballet but I have nothing much to write about, I shall leave you with a mini picspam and some video spam! ^^

Left: Samantha, Blue Leo: Loi En, Right: Kai Li.

The reason why all the pics have Samantha in it: She's too bloody adorable. xD
And one of the best dancers in the class too. One who actually seriously listens to instructions and does it.

And now to the videos:

I love the scarve dances, regardless what grade.. ^^

Samantha is SO cute. Honestly.

Waaahhh, I missed seeing this class! T__T
It's the first class Lika & I ever taught, and I remember when they first started out.. They were such tiny munchkins.. xD
And they're all so grown up now.. ^^

No surprises, Xing Wei is the best in the class. ^^
It shows when you love dancing, ne?
Best dancers: Xing Wei, Jo Ee, Mei Ling.

Yup, that's it for now..
